Our History

Delivering on build after build for 40 years.

In 1978, a group of local builders founded Huntington Homes in a converted airport hanger. Back then, there were no competitors or an industry standard to follow. We simply moved on the idea that we could build a better home, and do it indoors.

Today, we work out of our custom built 100,000 sq. ft. shop in East Montpelier, Vermont. Over the years we have built thousands of homes, embedding our creativity, precision, and dedication in every one. We stand behind the homes we build.

For 40 years our company has been managed by some of the most experienced people in the modular home business. This level of expertise informs our engineering and production system, and it’s responsible for our consistency: delivering the best product to our customers, every time. Today’s full client list a strong testament to our past: most of our new sales come as referrals from previous customers, as the number of happy homeowners grows.

Today Huntington Homes is owned by the Webster Family. Duane Webster has been managing the company since it began in 1978. His sons, Jason and Adam, grew up around the business and now own and run the business.

The introduction of TruHome to our offerings marks an exciting new chapter for Huntington Homes as we leverage our expertise to deliver unprecedented value to our customers.
