In 2013 we built the core building envelope for them (framing, mechanical rough in, insulation, sheathing, sheetrock). We then transported the modules to Norwich University in Northfield, VT where the students installed all interior and exterior finishes. Students then transported the home to California for the competition. After the competition Norwich sold the home to the Frank Lloyd Wright Wescott House in Springfield, Ohio. The home is still there.

The Norwich team tied for first place in Affordability. They took first place in Energy Balance. And overall took 12th place in the competition.
