The owners bought a rundown home on a beautiful lot on Lake Champlain. They knew they’d eventually tear the house down and rebuild. They wanted a home with a more modern twist, and reached out to Hillview Design Collaborative to help them with design.

In the Summer of 2015 we delivered to them a “naked modules” type project. And over the next few months the local builder finished the interior and exterior of the home. This home features our 2×12 double stud wall, and Integrity Triple Pane windows. The builder installed in-floor radiant heating to keep this home wonderfully warm in the winter.
