This new ski home was built in the Fall of 2017. It was a Turnkey Project by Huntington Homes. However it was a little different from other Turnkey Projects. Normally in a Turnkey Build we'll select all finish materials in advance (from a list of available finishes) and build the home with our crews under a fixed contract price. This home was custom through and through. And was more a design build as we went. Huntington Homes provided Construction Management services, and we hired the right subcontractors for the right jobs. Many Thanks to all of those crews that provided finish work on this home. We, and the clients, are thrilled with the end result.
